Recently in June 2011, there were talks of A pertochemical giant Company being the new Majority partner as existing Indian partner was planning to exit the company within 5 years of floating the company. 

The self-elevating Partner  may display exaggerated social-positioning desires or ambitious expectations. JV Partner expects the marriage/ Alliance  to provide a launching pad for their rise into visibility and wealth.All this indicate cultural issues between the partners.

So astrologically the above traits of Rahu are  at play. The Company is currently having Rahu Mahadasha till March 2019 post which there will be improvement in the situation.

The 6th house shows competitiveness and 3rd shows energy and enterprise to fight the competition. The 3rd house also represents daily operating activities of marketing,sales etc .The placement of 3rd lord in 12 house shows that such activities will result in losses. 

The 3rd and 8th house (house of death, anything related with dead persons hence Insurance ) Lord mars is placed in 12th house (Dusthana, house of losses, foreign Travel) and aspecting the 6th house which means that the company will loose money in trying to fight the competition.  There will be lot of Foreign travel by the staff due to these planetary positions. 12th house is also house of dissolution. Therefore the energy of Mars will get dissolved in 12th house. Hence the company will not have enough energy to fight the competition (aspect to 6th house) in Life insurance business due to position of Mars (8th house lord of Insurance) in 12th House.

Mercury, the lagna lord is  in the 10th house of Karma / Deeds and is in swaksehtra. The 2nd House  lord (2nd house represents Bank Balance, Treasury, stocks, stored wealth )  of wealth  and 9th house of Fortune and Dharma is in house of Income (11th house) resulting in huge wealth (with ethics as 9th lord is representative of ethics) and fortune for the company.

The 11th lord (House of gains, friends, social connections) is Moon and is placed in 10th house of Karma, profession.  Hence this shows good gains / Income from professional activities.

Jupiter , in lagna is aspecting the 5th house (House of power, creative intelligence) , 7th house (House of Business, partnership and alliances ) and  10th house giving expansion to name , fame , wealth and ethical practices.

The 12th house (house of foreign connection, foreign land ) lord is SUN and that is also placed in 10th house    which means that Company will have foreign connections and will pursue its profession in foreign land.

Rahu in 11th house will extrapolate the Income effect and will be a catalyst in Income generation.

Employee relations
The 6th house shows the working class or the employees. Any affliction to 6th house or lord of 6th house tend to create disruption among the employees. Further the status of loans , debts may also be a cause for the company.

In the above chart, Saturn is well placed in lagna and aspecting 3rd house , 7th house and 10th house. This means that employees will work with the Management in achieving overall progress of the company. If during the transits, Saturn comes under affliction then there could be employee issues but since saturn is well placed in chart, these situations can be managed well.

Vilas rao Deshmukh was the CM of Maharashtra for a period of 10 years ending on 2007. He recently died due to Liver Cancer. He was just 67 years of age. let us analyse his Horoscope from the death angle.

Saggitarius sign represents liver and cancer disease is halt in growth of cells. The 8th house is house of death and defines conditions of death. Therefore the reason / condition for death is Liver Cancer.  

Lets look at the Transit Chart of 14th August 2012 , 2.00 PM , Chennai and superimpose the planets on the Natal Chart of the native.

The Mahadasha , Antardasha and pratayantardasha is shown below.

Now lets look at the Dasha and antardasha period. He died when Venus - Moon - Rahu  Mahadasha , antardasha and Bhkukti was running.  Venus being the Marakasthata lord Moon in house of disease and lord of 3rd (place of death), Rahu in another maraka sthana and aspecting 8th house of death. 

Now look at the Transit chart. The Venus and Moon are both in 2nd house which is Maraksthana. Rahu is also in Maraksthana in 7th House. Jupiter the lord of 8th house (Death) is in lagna (Self / Body).. Hence the time was very inauspicious for him.
